1. What are your modes of payment?
We accept payments via Paypal and all major credit cards.
2. How long does it take to process an order?
Please allow 3-7days for your order to be processed for shipping (excluding weekdays and holidays). Items for pre-order are longer as they are made by hand by our partner weavers in the Philippines.
We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible.
3. What about Shipping?
We only cater domestic shipping as of the meantime. Ground shipping is FREE on all domestic orders with orders about $50 within the continental US.
Standard ground shipping is usually delivered 2-7 business days. Standard shipping is $6.99
For pre-order and personalized (custom) orders, 4-6 weeks to create and deliver. For expedited delivery, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
3. How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at email@example.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
